Adeniyi is a seasoned banking professional and anti-money laundering specialist
with over three decades of continuous practice and comprehensive experience.
This experience includes but not limited to banking operations,
enterprise/operations risk management, anti-money laundering /regulatory
compliance, internal controls, banking and account reconciliations, books
integration, credit/commitment analysis, organizational development, labour
relations, change management and conflict resolutions.

graduate of Banking & Finance of Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye,
Ogun State Nigeria and a holder of
Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State Nigeria’s Masters in Business Administration in
Management.
He
has over the years provided strong and direct leadership for the effective
deployment and utilization of control techniques and resources in organization
management.
A
consummate banker, he was between March 1982 and October 2000, an Assistant
Manager (Internal Controls) with United Bank of Africa Plc, Bank-wide
Transactional Manager, Prudent Bank Plc ( November 2000-May 2004), Chief
Inspector, Prudent Bank Plc (June 2004-December 2006), Assistant General Manager/Group
Head, Compliance & Control, Skye Bank Plc (January 2006-May 2009), Deputy
General Manager, Operations Risks, Compliance & Control/Chief Compliance
Officer, Skye Bank Plc (June 2009-March 2012), General Manager, Business
Services Group, Heritage Banking Company Limited (November 2012-February 2015)
and Chief Compliance Officer and Divisional Head, Compliance Division, Heritage
Banking Company Limited (February 2015-Date).
A highly resourceful board member, Mr. Adeniyi
has been of immense importance to the robust performance of the board and the

Mr.
Ogbaisi is a thoroughbred and highly successful businessman, investment
advisor, risks manager and insurance practitioner. A graduate of Economics,
Lagos State University, a holder of ESUTH Business School’s Masters in Business
Administration in Insurance and Risk Management and an Associate of the
Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
A
proven insurance practitioner, Mr. Ogbaisi started his insurance career with
Nigerian – French Insurance Plc in 2001. Between 2004 and 2015 he worked with
AIICO Insurance Plc, Crystal Life Assurance Plc (now ARM Life Assurance Plc) and
Spring Life Assurance Plc. He was, between April 2012 and March 2015 the Acting
Managing Director/CEO of Spring Life Assurance Plc. The post he held until he
was appointed as Executive Director (Operations) at Winners Investment and
Trust Limited in April, 2015.
Mr. Ogbaisi has brought his wide of experience
into the board.
Dr. Bola
Osinowo is a Prince of the Moloda Ruling House of Odogbolu, Ogun State Nigeria.
He attended the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile Ife,
Osun State Nigeria, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food
Science and Technology. He also holds a doctorate degree in Business
Administration specializing in international business transactions from the
International School of Management Paris, France.
An entrepreneur per excellence, Dr. Osinowo is a consummate management
and marketing specialist with high network international exposures. He had worked
with F. Hoffmann La Roche Company and Swiss Pharma Nigeria Limited where he
rose to the position of Head of Givaudan Division. Presently, he is the
Managing Director/CEO of BMS International Resources Limited. The company is a
leader in the importation, marketing, sales and distribution of industrial raw
materials and food processing and packaging machines in Nigeria and West
Africa. It is also the exclusive distributor of Givaudan flavours Switzerland
in Nigeria.
Dr. Osinowo is a great asset
to the board.
Mr.
Ogbudike was the Managing Director/CEO of A. O. Richards Insurance Brokers
Un-ltd between 1996 and April 2013. He assumed the same role with KFI Insurance
Brokers Ltd in May 2013 when the name of A. O. Richards Insurance Brokers
Unlimited was changed to KFI Insurance Brokers Ltd. The post he held until
April, 2019.
He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from University of
Port-Harcourt in 1998 and Masters in Business Administration in financial
management technology from Federal University of Technology, Owerri in 2001. He
is an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the
Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers.
Prior
to his joining KFI Insurance Brokers Ltd in May 2013, he worked at Hallmark
Assurance Plc between 1989 and 1992 as a Manager. He also worked with Fortress
Insurance Company Ltd between 1993 and 1994 as a Controller, the position he
held until his appointment as MD/CEO A. O. Richards Insurance Brokers Un-ltd in
1996.
A
consummate insurance practitioner, Mr. Ogbudike has almost 30 years of
experience across the insurance industry. This experience ranges from
underwriting, reinsurance, claims management, marketing, clients’ servicing,
human resources and management.
A
highly social man, Mr. Ogbudike is the Chairman of the following bodies: Imo
State Association (CIWA) Port-Harcourt, Parent Teachers’ Association and Sacred
Heart Seminary Port-Harcourt. President St.
Vincent De Paul (CIWA) Conference, Port-Harcourt. Treasurer Catholics
Men Organization, Port-Harcourt.
Mr. Ogbudike’s specialty is clients’ servicing
and property insurance. He has attended various courses both local and
international.
Mr. Ogunniranye
graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Geography. He also holds Masters in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli
University, Ekpoma. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance
Institute of Nigeria and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School EDS’
Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management Programme.
Mr.
Ogunniranye is a seasoned Insurance Broker, Underwriter, Marketer and Manager
with proven experience. He started his career in insurance with Leadway
Assurance Company Limited in 1991, and has over 25 years of experience in
insurance underwriting, broking, claims management, risk management, marketing
and insurance consultancy. He worked briefly with Equity Indemnity Insurance
Company Limited (now Equity Assurance Plc) between 1993 and 1994 before joining
Scib Nigeria & Company Limited, an insurance brokerage firm in 1994. In
May, 2009, he joined Great Nigeria Insurance Plc as Deputy General Manager
(Operations) and was appointed the Acting Managing Director/CEO in October,
2009. He joined Nigerian Life & Provident Company Limited in 2011 as
General Manager (Operations).
He has
attended training courses both within and outside Nigeria. Among these are
training course on oil & gas insurance by Nigerian Corporation of
Registered Insurance Brokers in collaboration with HSBC Group London and a one
week intensive on-the-job training on oil & gas at Meridian Risk Solutions
London.
He joined KFI
Insurance Brokers Limited in November, 2018 as Chief Responsibility Officer and
Coordinator, Oil & Gas/Special Risks Unit. He was appointed Managing
Director/CEO in May, 2019.
Mr. Ogunniranye’s specialty is energy/special risks
insurance.
